1. Output is a draft, not fact
Everything Curato produces — headlines, body copy, takeaways, image assets and teaser reels — is a draft. It may contain inaccurate, outdated, incomplete or entirely invented details. It is generated from the material you provide and from automated models, and it is not checked for accuracy by a person.
2. Verify before you publish
You are the editor. Before publishing anything created with Curato, verify the facts, the figures, the names and the sources yourself. Do not present generated content as verified reporting unless you have independently confirmed it.
3. Not a news agency or professional adviser
Curato is a creation and layout tool. It is not a news agency, a fact-checked newsroom, or a licensed provider of legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. Content that touches health, law, finance or current affairs is for general drafting purposes only and must be treated as needing verification and, where relevant, professional review.
4. No impersonation
Curato must not be used to produce content that impersonates real publications, real journalists or real organisations, or that carries a false byline or masthead. The masthead and byline features are for your own personal column or brand, not for imitating others.
5. We do not distribute for you
Curato does not fetch live news sources, and it does not publish or send your issues to any third-party platform. You export your finished issue and publish it yourself, taking full responsibility for what you release.
6. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for how you use the output and for compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law. If you are unsure whether output is accurate or appropriate to publish, do not publish it. Questions: support@uchoosethe.shop.
